The project had a clear aim to have extremely long-lasting effects resulting in improved management of cross – border water supply systems (WSS), including the improved operation with respect to efficiency and effectiveness of the WSS operations for the water utilities.
Joint project capitalization plan was prepared and implemented to identify:
- key processes significant for cross-border water management and water supply;
- key processes addressed by the water utilities (water losses, water quality);
- relevant stakeholders to be involved in capitalization and sustainability activities;
- capitalization methodology that will generate stakeholders inputs.
